Having same sort of issue. Fertility nd yield are in the green. Farms work for a bit, then the ground changes and becomes dry and cracked even though there is plenty of water. Players unable to go into cracked ground. Becomes unpassable terrain. I cant even force players onto it with a bunch of beas...
