Fe-males?

Am just a bit curios, how exactly are they added in this update?
As far as i see, no ladies as NPC, and you cant even change your gender in character creation (buttons greyed out).

Also, i am not playing demo, got the game fully unlocked.

Re: Decided to be a man

Thanks for the info.
The reason i bought it is exactly this, to encourage good indie developers and contribute.
First game ever bought was Mount and Blade, and this is so much more deserving than those from Taleworlds...

Thing is i can only play at my friends house or other siblings of mine and i was wondering how would this impediment te activation. Can for example o...

Re: New body models, and females?

That upper post was somewhat off the tracks...
But i see your point, and i liked that analogy
"The rest is graphics. Rest is only making it look better. Rest is making it look more real. "
A logical evolution of game design.

Re: New body models, and females?

That's right my revolutionary friends !
I would also prefer the females first, but i guess his order of doing things has a logic.
In any case i don't think we would change his mind, even if we bugger him with daily posts.

Re: New body models, and females?

"...And of course my artists are still working, the female model is now done and just needs texturing. And rigging. And exporting. And clothes and armours."

The hell with clothes! We can handle them naked!
Oh well, nice update add, hope to see them soon.
Along with the other cool stuff.

I think that's a bit far - just wanted to pull Chris's tongue, but i guess it's pretty soon as in a few weeks.

New body models, and females?

Re: Game for a game - Personal thank to Chris

thanks. You're not welcomed, here, with that attitude. Trying to prove something ? Try a tad harder. Anyway if it comes to counting medals, i made a topic on Taleworlds, the only forum i was actively online back then, and made an intro topic about kenshi. When doing so i do not see any harm in lett...

Re: HP system?

My friend, I also enjoy playing DF, but the outrages numbers i meant are the ones that are in 0 and 1. This chain of replies is getting silly. Let's just bury the whole thing ^^ .

Re: HP system?

Arcane saint, simply by the fact that you pointed out your idea of how things should work, doesn't mean i can't say my own piece of mind. Of course there are more complicated figures behind the ones visually presented but it would be outrages to think that somebody would enjoy seeing those numbers a...

Re: Game for a game - Personal thank to Chris

Ah no, i simply meant that i would guess people that enjoy Kenshi, might also like Project Zomboid. I would say that the main idea that binds them is the attempt to make them as realistic as possible (to somewhat extent) also, both of them having a save and quit feature (i think). Maybe as subject n...

Re: HP system?

I must say, i was a little disappointed myself when i saw all the numbers on the medical system... I understand that there is complexity behind the scenes, but that's why it's behind and not in front. Still, it's your game you're developing and i guess it feels sort of discomforting to hear wines fr...

Game for a game - Personal thank to Chris

I want to personally thank Chris for mentioning in his interview about Project zomboid indie game, it is truly a promising game, and i recommend it for anyone from this forum because i would guess zomboid-kenshi tastes coincide in gameplay matter. This recommendation was made also for the zomboid fo...

Re: Still sticking to those principles i hope

That is correct, having perma death in a non perma death balanced game leads to incompatibilities and frustration.

Well as i said i do hope you won't forget about your initial plans for this game.

Still sticking to those principles i hope

Well, it's been a long time since i last posted anything. But that doesn't mean i didn't check the site at least once per week (also gave the link to some friends). Regarding friends and new fans for the game, Chris i think you should emphesise on players from Mount and Blade and Dwarf Fortress, act...

Re: Release plans

Well i could say i was keeping an eye on the game for quite some time, and the thing is i couldn't make an idea with the early demo about the game due to crashes and poor frame (which may have been my fault). I would gladly deliver 5 euro for the game, but i would really want to taste a somewhat sol...
