Re: Empty towns
Since the crashed as soon as I tried to load my saves, I ended up importing the characters into a new game. This did populate the empty towns fortunately. Still a bit too crash prone to really be playable for me though, which is fine. It's in alpha. But it's fun playing for a while now and then to c...

Re: Empty towns
I'll visit a few more places and see if they have been emptied as well. Lots of different patrols and bands are around though.

Empty towns
I have just returned to Kenshi after many months without playing, lots of nice new stuff :=)
But, I was shocked when I returned to Brink after a visit to some other place to find it completely empty, then the same with Traders Edge and South Port. Is it the Cannibals? Will people move in again?

Crash in Towns
First entering a town seems fine, but when I issue an order to go into a building the game crashes. I don't have any buildings of my own.
I realise this is a poor report, sorry.

Re: White guys (dead cats?) location?
Very interesting post. Taken together with the fact that we've been promised females, does it mean we will get cat girls too?

Re: Cross-platform
If we don't get a new installer, I may break down and do the opposite of you; install windows.
As for programming, I couldn't program "Hello Wold" to save my life.
Someone should do a Kickstarter or something for porting wyupdate...

Re: Cross-platform
So that's why I didn't find any sound files to speak of ;) I've had a few odd graphical things crop up, but I don't know if they are limited to running the game on Linux or not. Some hats, masks don't have an image in the inventoy, just a red X. Some swords have a pretty blue background (I forget th...

Re: Cross-platform
No, sorry :( I was afraid of that ;-) Well let's hope for a downloadable 0.39 Installer then... I used the installer in Wine with no troubles, though various dependencies may already have been installed. Is there supposed to be sound though, my game is as quiet as an abandoned desert town in the mi...

Re: Cross-platform
Hellhound1,
I just bought the game today and am running 0.29.6 in Ubuntu 12.10 using Wine. Did you manage to get the updater to work?
Sort of interested since I don't have Windows installed
