i have the same problem, but it happens when i assign a whole group of people to follow one person and then they go up a mountain and get stuck.

I have the same problem, the mercents run from one side of my base to the other side, on occasion one of there mercenary go into my store, walks up the counter then walks away, without buying anything.

Pick them up... It will remove them from the processor.

Picking them up does not work with the mine. But when they're stuck inside a place it works.

I have both things happen it usually happens when they are working the things and i go to build something else.

Hey Chris i have the same problem and just to let you know yes turning of the shadows helped.

Soo I have a problem like this too... my people are working on the mine and then they are working on top of the mine in the air... found out it happens because i go to build something and the game pauses and it puts people in places they weren't so ment go.
