Lo-Fi Games

Except for 3 things:
1) No NPC is carrying 'the best items' except for chain mail underarmor and the 0.56 plated pants. Still leaves you with so-so weapons and armor.
2) We're not at the full range of items yet - Not even close.
3) This is a free-form game - If you don't like it, don't do it

EDIT 2: (Link in OP updated) I've tweaked the numbers quite a bit, so the creation isn't instant anymore - Forgot to set a production/day at 100% efficiency limit... Just to clarify - Do you multiply the damage by the resistance (50 x 1x resistance) or is it 50 x (1- resistance)?
