About weapons and formations: I've already seen a few posts regarding formations, but most seem to ask for complicated stuff like formations that affect combat or the like... all I want is a little cosmetic improvement: Whenever I send my guys somewhere, they end up standing on top of each other. W...

Armlength seems like a good addition, but the rest really shouldn't be a priority right now... especially voices, I think that would ruin more than it can improve.
What I'd really like to see though would be some more masks and hairstyles
