Re: repairing gates
Yes, gate and door repair time is pretty ridiculous. Either make them much harder to destroy or significantly decrease the time it takes to repair. The way it is now, it almost makes having gates not worth the effort.

Re: Money Sinks
(This has already been suggested, I just thought I'd flesh out the idea a bit more :) ) I wanted to add on to this discussion by talking about the taxation system. If the player builds his/her town within a certain vicinity of an NPC controlled city, a monthly tax should be imposed, the amount of wh...

Re: No fast-travel
To the real topic at hand, I disagree that fast travel would ruin the game. I actually think that people who would use fast travel more than running from place to place would end up having a harder time in combat situations. Kenshi is a game about experiences. If your band doesn't live those hardco...

Laggy ragdoll physics
Is anyone else having this issue? Everything else in the game runs fine, but the second someone gets knocked out, the ragdoll animation becomes a slideshow. I've tried importing the save, deleting the data folder and re-verifying the cache through steam, using different saves, going to different loc...

Re: Visual Bugs
It kind of is cosmetic. Its not gamebreaking, but it is very annoying. So I didn't see the need to make a new thread for it. I just made a new one though, so hopefully someone will know...

Re: Visual Bugs
The only time I've noticeably seen the stop-motion ragdoll physics is when the CPU is under a moderate, or heavier, load. This can be remedied in one of two ways: Delete the /Kenshi/data/ folder and re-validate game files using Steam Import Game to a new world (and ensure both of the population sli...

Re: Conceding the bestiary
No, it wasn't too long. It was right on point. The implications of animals being implemented alone, and all the bells and whistles that come with it, are far more important than having a sort of Moby Dick of the desert to hunt, imo. While it would be cool to come up against something like a Sandworm...

Re: Bed Bug "literally!"
The stop-motion ragdoll physics that you see happening to unconscious bodies has a bug report from a few versions ago, since it was previously thought to be performance related, so it seems more appropriate here now. :) Is there a way to correct it, like importing into a new game? It's been getting...

Re: Visual Bugs
When any character is knocked out in my save, their bodies kinda float up and then fall to the ground, and the physics animation is very laggy.
edit: as a side note, i can't seem to enable anti-aliasing. Is this a common problem?
