I think it's alright to pay some cats for research. Gotta pay for those lab rats, substances, coffee, ... to do some research ;) I would love to see cost for running a bench, but I dont like it in Cats, its a fine place holder....but using up Stone Rocks to perfect Stone Mining or Processing etc. O...

You do not pay any research, unless you buy blueprints from the faction which did the research. But if you do by yourself, or once you do, you researching it, you not paying anything, tho if you mean you should start from somewhere and not from the air, there is a different story, and there some to...
