There's another better run community discord here, though i gotta be honest i haven't looked at in a year.
https://discord.gg/FzK7XWW
It's a better discord server because hatsune isn't a moderator there, which is the statement that he just edited out of my post. Thanks for making my point for me!

Re: Optimisation survey
If you haven't considered it yet, might be a good idea to add a benchmark button that outputs a reliable log file with details about cpu and gpu usage and timers for all the categories mentioned in the op so you can see what the state of things are across many different setups. Right now it seems li...

Re: Best Loadout?
Still think heavy katanas like toppers or nodachis have the best potential due to the faster training speeds associated. I do like using a mix of all weapons though, just to make sure all the bases are covored and to better understand training speeds.

Re: Perception, Mass combat, Survival
Perception makes sense as a counterpoint to stealth. A high perception character should be much harder to stealth by or steal from.

There are a few flat areas in the fog if you mean that kind of dangerous.

Nice update!

I complain a lot about the textures on the new map, but these actually look pretty good.

Re: What is the best method and weapon to train dexterity?
Well, i ran the tests. Some interesting results. First off. Weight nor class have anything to do with dexterity training, at least directly. A lighter weapon will hit people more often, giving more xp over time. But it won't affect the xp per hit. The actual factor for the xp per hit is damage type...

Re: Criticize Us Here
Sorry, that was a little ranty. It's just I've tried writing some long topics on my ideas and other thoughts and I'd always try to be as clear and concise as possible, as well as fact checking. So, I'd spend like an hour writing, then I hit submit and it says the page timed out or something and the...
Re: Town
Have not seen this in a while. Used to be that someone accidentally hit someone else during the fight and that started all the bad feelings. Usually it's cause something unforeseen happened between the two factions during the fight. might be that the wildlife were neutral to the HN and the drifters...

Re: Inventory Rotation
Inventory rotiation would defeat the purpose of the current inventory system, so no. just get a big backpack if you need to hold big items, the medium theives backpack gives only a small penalty and has plenty of space.

The lost library NW of shark's entrance is stuck in a tree, it doesnt seem to be intentional.

Re: Criticize Us Here
Well, this is a gripe and it doesnt fit under gameplay or bugs so i might as well mention that in 0.94.0 the game got much brighter in general, including character portraits and the world itself. There are a few nice changes like eyes on skeletons being visible, but most of the character's eyes now ...

[0.94.0] Imported buildings in towns have doubled furniture
THis is probably related to http://www.lofigames.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=11010 somewhat, but is a bit different. Basically, if you have a building with furniture in a town and you import, instead of intelligently working around it like it did last patch, it will do this: https://www.dropb...

Gotta second this. Ability to pause jobs without deleting them all is a very needed UI element for base defenses and quick runs to the market stuff.

Re: List of features ?
Used to have several city games on the old map. On this one I have two. Basically when you create power it goes to the city grid but you also get to suck power from the city grid. So you don't actually need to build power sources right away. City life is a merchant's life. it's all about buying and...

Some sort of mechanized food processor that pumps out ration packs after an ai core research would be pretty cool.

Re: [0.93.28] About ration packs
But why do I have to make them now? I don't want to make a base, just wander around places. Man whoever had this idea needs 50 lashes to learn stop being retarded. You can't make them in the current version of the game. Ration packs are the lightest and most volume efficient food in the game, secon...
