I didn't realize that cleavers were that strong!

I am going to have to include one or two cleavers in my squad.
How's the range on the cleaver, does it actually cleave well? haha

Which one is better? According to my tests the Plank is simply better. (except for strength training and knocking things out without killing them) Does Fragment Axe get better than Plank with maxed skills or is it better before 70~ combat stats?
