Hello! I just got this game for my birthday yesterday because I've been looking at it for a while and I have some questions that I've come up with questions that I can't seem to find the answer to.
Is there any way to remove people from your party without killing them off? 10 people in my party, but when I was trying to get them to walk somewhere they got in a fight and 4 of them got knocked down a click edge while being unconscious and I couldn't get to them to recover them and they died, and since then I decided it would be better to manage 5, but I have 6.
Is there a way to move people around in your group? I picked up some characters that I would like to be on numbers 2 and 3 but right now they are on 4 and 6.
How do I increase my faction rate with the factions that aren't the Sand Ninja's or Bandits?
How do I find out who has a bounty out on them and then how do I find them?
In one of these forum posts I saw someone say to setting your characters on block will make their defense raise faster, how do I set them on this or change their stance at all?
On the lower right it says Build, Blocks, Medic, and Rescue, what is Blocks?
Are the Agg/Def/Evad settings not in game yet? (Right by Run/Job/Walk and Far/Near/Stay).
Is there a way to get the camera to point North without tilting the view? Sometimes it is annoying messing with the map and the angles to try and get it right again when traveling.
Thank you to anyone who answers!
Faction/Bounty/Party Questions
Not sure about everything, so I answer what I definitely know.
The rest, other guys have to answer, since I'm not sure.
Easy way to raise faction standing is bandaging people from that faction that have been downed by bandits or such. How do I increase my faction rate with the factions that aren't the Sand Ninja's or Bandits?
If you click on a bandit/ninja, you can see the stats of that person on the lower left. If there is a bounty on that person, it will say so there as well. How do I find out who has a bounty out on them and then how do I find them?
You pretty much answered your question yourself. The "Block" button is to toggle block mode on for the selected squadmembers. Beware though, when in Block-mode, they will not strike back. If you have 4 people, set the two weaker guys to block and leave the other two to normal mode for example. Setting block mode on for a person raises their defense skill by 20 points (it will show like "20+4" if switched on, "4" when switched off).In one of these forum posts I saw someone say to setting your characters on block will make their defense raise faster, how do I set them on this or change their stance at all?

It also helps to pick up wounded members of that faction, and carry them to a bed (doesn't matter if they're dead or alive) in one of the flophouses. For reference, when I wipe out a trader caravan and then bandage them all back up, I have a net gain of 2 rep points (without carrying them to a bed). How do I increase my faction rate with the factions that aren't the Sand Ninja's or Bandits?
Not that I know of, but it might be helpful to know that the blue X on the map is the camera position, not the squad position. So with the map open, if you zoom out and move the camera passed your squad in a direction, you'll see the blue X move on the map. This can help discern what direction you're looking at.Is there a way to get the camera to point North without tilting the view? Okay, thank you guys!
So there is no way to remove people from your party without getting them killed, and no way to move people around in your party?
Also I'm in a town right now trying to sell things in the TRADE shop and it says I can't afford it even though I'm trying to sell. What does this mean?

I was wondering about that myself actually. I've only had it happen once, and with a recent new game at that. Is it a new feature?Pain wrote:The trader also has money. If he hasn't enough for the item you're offering then he cannot buy it from you.
