I know a wiki is being started but how can i find a good place to start out...IE a tutorial..
One thing in particular I want to know...how does one scroll the little information areas (Med, stats, etc) so I can actually see the state of all my limbs and such?

By default, one of the boxes in the bottom left displays the Medical Stats of a character.
The best thing to do is check the Starting Tuts on the Wiki, which explain a few ways of getting started or just experiment with the game.

Would be nice to get up on a single wiki page EXACTLY what a player can do. Right now its a little hard to sift through the planned hype and the implemented features.
For example, does 'joining the army' mean physically signing up with them or just following around behind some patrolling soliders? Is there any implemented factional reputation, ie does a neutral faction that I attack remember this and stay hostile to me in the future? Is there any way to repair that relation? And so on....
I know the answer to some of these but as a new player it can be hard to decide exactly what is out there other than killing bandits. Actually, is that all there is right now? Buying and selling stuff by hand and killing NPC's? I haven't been able to interact with anyone beyond basic chat response or stabbing. This is the kind of information I really need.
