Dialogue warning when you doing bad

I was mining outside of Mongrel city, on iron & copper ore of the city, and after some time, and i didn't realy know reason.. if we can't mine on them because they are to the city, but the guard charge me and attack me. Its problem because i have buy a house in the city and i wanted do some stuff in this for kill more princefog

So maybe i propose to made a dialogue like "Can you stop using the city material now or we gonna attack you..." or something like that for say we are doing something wrong and we gonna have problem with city guard if we don't stop

I already have do it on hive city and i never got problem so i don't know why on mongrel they would be not happy :p

Agree. I think, though, that everything is on the way, and we'll see much more adequate NPCs in a near future.
