Shouldnt they be more like 80% due to their "halfpants" status? as it is right now, the sneaky chain cargo and half pants both have the same coverage, defense, and cost, except the half pants are three times lighter which i suppose will be beneficial somewhere down the line.

Im just asking because the full pants look better but theres no reason to use them considering they are 2kg heavier for no gain.

Well currently there is no loss. You don't have to game the system either. Go with what looks and feels good. No need to get MAX STATS all the time, just try and enjoy what is there.
