*id like to be able to build shops,and then rent them out to npc merchants
*Id like to be able to hire guards for longer time periods (8 days is just to short),even auto renew contracts would be acceptable.

*id like to charge for electricity
*....gate guards who charge an entrance fee
*....set rules for who can enter a building on a per building basis
*....be able to equip merc guards
..and tacos would be nice
