Is there a dustcoat blueprint?

I started a game in the new area and the entire town got into a fight, so some of the bounty hunters were knocked out. Took their dustcoats and noticed that the dustcoat is a nice piece of equipment with very good coverage and resists. It's a gray dustcoat, not the regular or short-sleeved orange longcoat they sell in the swamp. Wondered if there's a blueprint for those dustcoats somewhere. Also grabbed their gas masks, haven't seen a blueprint for those either but I think it exists somewhere.

Two vendors can have the Dustcoat blueprint, still no sleeveless version available in vanilla tho, one of those two vendors can also have a mask blueprint, being the only craftable mask type I think.
