Prisoners joining your cause

First of all, if this has been suggested before or is already planned, feel free to remove this thread. I'd rather not clog the forum with duplicates like on the Minecraft forum.

I was brainstorming today while waiting for my squad to heal, and was struck with an idea that seems pretty cool. I know that capturing and imprisoning enemies is planned for the future, as well as possibly selling them to slavers. The scene from "Batman Begins" came to mind where that ninja guy frees Bruce from prison and offers him the opportunity to become stronger by joining his organization. I think it would be cool to have the option to do the same with captured enemies, and convince them to join your "organization" for an opportunity to get stronger and a second chance. Obviously not all of them would accept, and the alternative would be slavery, or simply setting them free, or whatever it is you decide to do with them. This is just an idea I had while playing, and obviously could be refined or discarded.
