Ssizz: "May I enter?"

Marisa: "You may."



Ssizz: "Princess, I believe the time has come to choose your path."

Marisa: "......"

Ssizz: "United cities is willing to offer you an estate and a rank of high nobility."

Marisa: "And the holy nation?"

Ssizz: "No words. It's safe to assume that they do not want you back."

Marisa: "What of Dead cat?"

Ssizz: "They say they are willing to offer you protection for life but you will be forbidden from entering their high nobility ranks."

Marisa: "What wiill happen to you if I join UC?"

Ssizz: "I would be freed from you. United cities want to re-assign me."

Marisa: "... So, you are the price if I join UC."

Ssizz: "If you wish to be blunt, yes. You will lose me if you join United cities."

Marisa: "And you don't mind that?"

Ssizz: "Joining United cities is the wise choice. You will have a future."

Marisa: "What about your future?"

Ssizz: "I am simply a vassal. I do what is the best for my liege."



Ssizz: "......"

Marisa: "......"



Marisa: "......"

Marisa: "You know... It's funny. Those bandits made me realize..."

Marisa: "......"

Marisa: "I've made my decision."

Ssizz: "Where will you go?"

Marisa: "I am staying put."

Ssizz: "... M'lady, you have no future by staying here. You will lose your nobility and possible estates,"

Marisa: "Emilia, when I was forced to flee from the Holy nation, I had already given up on everything."

Masria grinned bitterly.

Marisa: "It's funny. None of my father's vassals helped me out. Even his wives didn't bother. Yet, a mere mistress, a random woman my father recruited, is here with me. She has come all the way here."

Ssizz: "....."

Marisa: "My final chance. I am going to use it to save my friend."

Marisa: "I am staying put. You are free."

Marisa: "I hereby release you from your duties. You are free."



Hotlongs: "Hah! They are giving us warnings again!"

Burn: "Just like the old days!"

Ssizz: "We are not paying up. Prepare for a fight!"

Fish: Of course not!"

Sandie: "Allow me to join you."

Ssizz: "As you wish."



Everyone: "......"

Ssizz: "... Charge!!!"




And everything went back to the way it was...



Fish: "Sandie, now follow after me -"

Fish: "Welcome to the Rum temple!"

Sandie: "Welcome to the Rum temple!"



Terran: "You are a good farmer."

Sandie: "Farmer by trade after all."

Terran: "Rum production will be much faster now."



Inu: "I've come up with better quality steel."

Hanbu: "Great. Get me rum from Terran, will ya?"

Inu: "Okay."



Free trader: "This is our Rum temple! Be gone, bandits!"

Bodyguard 1: "No one touches our Rum temple!"

Terran: "...Sigh."



Rin: "Hmmm, interesting..."

Bandit boss: "You... crazed bitch... What have you done to me..."

Bandit 1: "Boss..., she's nuts... I"d rather die..."

Rin: "Not yet."

Bandit boss & Bandit 1: "Argh... HELPPPPPP!!!!"



Hotlongs: "So, that bandit was acting weird. What I did was kick his butt and you know what he did?"

Dirt: "... Fart?"

Burn: "Heh, good one, Dirt."



Kari: "Gah, the trio is giving me a headache..."

Kevin: "Cheer up."

Kari: "I have something to tell you though."

Kevin: "Yeah?"

Kari: "I am pregnant and the father is you."

Kevin: "......"



Dirt: "...Hemp, Hemp, Heppedie-do... Hemp..."

Dirt: "... Help? Halp? Heppedie-do, He-"

Marisa: "Will you ever shut up! Shut up! Shut up!"

Dirt: "....Masterbation, masterbation."

Marisa: "*&#4@$$#%"

This is actually something i like about Kenshi and many of my fav "oldschool" games, you get enough room and flexibility for your brain to extrapolate, not everything is cold and rigid within the game world.

I think the overall story turned out very well considering I was making up as I played. I had no idea the story would turn out to be the way it has.

The Gray Knights save file became really interesting nevertheless. The holy nation is in war with UC and FC and whenever the knights are out there, there are constant fights between those factions.

And the Clownsteady crisis was no joke. In the save, the town is totally whacked. Mr Zloppy was kidnapped and he is gone. Pubs became empty. Few shop keepers are missing. No gate guards and so on.

I had to rush the plot in fear of updates because importing the save would totally destroy the chaos.

I think I may do another RP thread about Ssizz (Emilia)'s past; how she became a merc and how she met her liege, becoming a Holy knight-commander eventually.
