Estimated deadlines?
Not really no. Some times he gives a ballpark estimate but when it's a one man show that's fairly risky and can disappoint some people even if they understand. He generally lists what his next target is however there just isn't a deadline provided.
Actually, for give me if I am misremembering but construction is aimed for the next update isn't it? That normally means a month or 2. So thats at least an 'estimated' deadline. Don't hold anyone to that though.

the construction update will be about 2 weeks. At first you won't be able to do much with you buildings, but I will add more features in more frequent updates.
I'd like to know if they are just a building in regards to the game or is there some in-built "ownership" that is assigned to you? Like does it come with a separate menu that we can interact with/upgrade/have abilities linked to it, or is it literally just considered another building in the game world?

it will increase with time. AI will recognise things like trespassing, you will furnish buildings with useful stuff like storage and beds and training equipment, and you will be able to add defences.
