How do you name your squad...? Is it possible to change it? o.O

you mean the, "Nameless company"? the earlier post is correct, it cannot be changed ingame yet. But, it is possible to change it, I have not tested it so backup your save. Open the Forgotten construction set then click "Open any", open the file "Quick.save" located in your save game directory.
The Nameless faction will be in there somewhere, renaming it there might work.

Ah, thanks again Silent. Im currently modding my game now so i'll give that a try too.

Hey, tell us if it does. I dont know if your company is listed specifically in Faction relations (some factions are), if it is you will need to change the name there too. There may be other places where this needs to be done.
