Now...
I do believe the normal squad size for Kenshi is 20 units?
If the above is true could you increase it to like 60.
I understand that there are mods out there that increase squad size (I use one of them), but I'd rather it just be base game instead of a mod.
Alright, I have the 256 member limit, I only want abut 50-100. I understand while the game is less polished having less squad members meant possibly less lag on the player, but its better now, the natural limit should go up.
Mods can go out-of-date, even simple mods. I'd rather have it as a standard feature than an option.
Unless I'm playing dumb and the limit is higher than 20....
Larger Squad Limit
i believe the current base limit is 30-50.
i haven't played in a little bit.

as far as mods becoming outdated so long as the mod over rides the base file. it should always work. unless theres conflicting data somewhere which with a squad increase mod on its own shouldn't conflict with much.

current limit is 30
with 10 per squad panel.
you can bypass this with a the Mod 256 Recruitment Limit
unsure if the official limit will go back up or not.

Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

Yeah i use the 256 mod aswell. It does make the game a "bit" more slow if u have to much people in 1 location. So if u have alot of squad members i would say spread em out over a few self sustainable outposts. But then the more outposts u have the longer it takes to load the game.
I have like 3 outposts 120 chars.
For some reason i either like to solo or have a big squad something in between just doesnt cut it. :p

I wish the shop counter would work for armor/weapons too so my people could auto make their crafts constantly and set a price way below it's value so random folks just buy it. Edge 1 weapon.... 1000 coins. catun scrapmaster tier 1.... 100 coins.
I mean I could just melt my artwork, but.... where's the fun in that.

I feel that limit really is too low. Well I fixed it myself the moment it was possible to do so. Both the size limit and squad count.
I know it is an optimization thing, but I think the optimization has gotten sufficiently better that it isn't much of an issue. I have all my people together and performance isn't really an issue for me with my high numbers. Used to be a bigger issue than it is today.
So I think the limit could go up in vanilla. Not that it matters to me since i just modify it.
