Kenshi Setup options

So, I was scrolling through the Rendering System Options, and I really have no clue about some of the options there... Can anyone of you help?
I suppose FSAA is Full Screen Antialiasing, or at least some anti aliasing related thing, so that means higher FSAA -> better quality right?
Allow NVPerfHUD ..... what?
Floating-point mode: absolutely no clue what that means or what does it do...
Rendering Device: monitor 1 something (since it's the only option no point discussing that...)
Resource Creation Policy? Yeah, right.
VSync and vsync interval: I just read some extremely symplfied explanation of what it does but... nope, didn't get it. sorry.
So, my question is: What setting affects quality (and performance) in which way?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the noobish question, but I'd like to get the best from this game...
