so, If I imported my squad into a new game will my bases be important too in the same place or will my squad be imported only and I will have to rebuild my bases?

You can choose if you want your squad to be imported with or without your buildings. If you choose with buildings then the buildings will also be there in your new game. If you choose not to, the buildings will disappear in the new game.
