Hey ive started playing kenshi today however I have a few questions.
Firdt of all I didnt sed an option to change the resolution, how can I do that?
And also i have been playing for a while and walking around but I didn't see anything.

When you open kenshi, first a setup screen pops up. You can change the resolution there (under Video mode i believe) and a few other settings.

When you say you don't see anything, what do you mean? You should see at least buildings, npcs, some grass.

Yes I can see buildings and npc's but no people I can fight or something.

You just were unlucky, just continue roaming the desert. You'll eventually stumble upon a bandit squad.

Alos if you manage to see green text in the distance, that's an indication that there is a fight going on in that direction.

If you are eager to have your first fight, you can right-click any npc and select attack, but that will end up with you dying most certainly.
