You've killed people in Brink and Trader's Edge and angered the Universal Cities faction, but Clownsteady, The Capital, and a few others are run by The Dead Cats. Of course, if you attacked the trader's guild representatives in Brink you'll be hard pressed to find many towns that have their own traders, and will likely have to battle the Traders Guild in a few towns that are otherwise not aggressive. There are also the Holy Empire cities, which also won't be aggressive towards you if you haven't given them cause to do so yet. Other than amassing a lot of cats, there's no real need to sell once you reach the point you can sack cities. After all, why trade for things when you can loot them off the bodies of your fallen foes?

Good point.. I can never find the trader bodies 0.0'after killing 100 or so people its hard to find anyone..
+ I can't hire people anymore..

Resources also don't respawn which could be a problem. If you can, make sure to give medical attention to the traders themselves then you can continue to loot them for building blocks every 30 minutes or so.
Even better, capture one and stick him in a cage with no weapons. Knock him out whenever you feel like you need more resources to build your mega city.
