Its not. I think you are suffering from hallucinations. You just uploaded a picture of your desktop. I recommend you take it easy, and maybe get some rest.

Unfortunately, I only have 2 desktop icons so that won't work, but I think I might be hallucinating in some manner.. Got this feelin'.
