enemy camping

I am currently in a state of limbo as an enemy unit came in, took us out and won't leave. There needs to be something in place for the enemy to move on upon defeat.

There will be. It's planned that they will take some of your stuff (and maybe some of your party members), and then leave. It was mentioned in the February 16th front page news update. There is also further speculation about it in my I'VE BEEN ROBBED feature request.
