Anyone know where to find them? Got them in the inventory of my medic companions, but can't find where to buy new ones.

check the outpost at the north around shark. i think they had it. not sure but it was definitely at a trade post and not town

Yep the small circles on the map (trade outpost) have them. Cheers!
