So with nothing much to do other than train with these guys (which is slaughter them and heal them up lol), I've manage to befriend them (so far up to -5), it doesn't last long however but talking to them gives me the "If you're looking to hire someone, try ask around in bars" message.
Just thought I'd share that with everyone(who didn't already know about it), I guess with a bit of luck I can befriend the Holy nation guys and Imperial lords. It'd be awesome if the sand ninja were permanently friendly they are a lot stronger then hungry and dust bandits.
Seems like healing them is leaving a permanent affect on my reputation with them I've gotten it to 0 where healing gives +20 it was -20 at the time and now its -17 I guess I can eventually follow them around lol

I grinded my relations with dust/hungry bandits up to +5 just by bandaging them enough, this was in the older version though. Don't know if it is still possible.

Carry them to bed works too, but they might recover enough to fight the guys inside the inn or town.

Kinda weird, Carrying someone to bed should only really help you befriend someone if it's consensual. Also: isn't them waking up and attacking the town the whole idea?

If the town is healthy i guess its okay, i did it a few time after some battles in town, they could still knockdown a few wounded guards and shop keeper. Another problem is if you have looted their weapon they won't fight back, so they will just run and run with the whole town's guards chasing them to nowhere sometime even far away from town.

If I knocked someone out in real life and then carried them to my bed I might be facing criminal charges. I seriously doubt they would be liking me more unless there was a bad case of stockholm syndrome going on.
Why is reality so buggy?

LoL.
Imagine: someone kick your ass and carry you to bed in town. But as you are bleeding, you will loose your blood whypile you'r sleeping, and of course you will have to pay 100 rubles/dollars/cats.
Any questions?

I don't know what you're talking about I do it all the time. Someone passes out from blunt force trauma in front of me and I take them to the nearest bed. Sometimes it's not even mine. I watch over them like a silent guardian studying their every breath, their every motion, until they recover at long last. And once their eyes flutter open back to reality?
I go on a ten minute rant about the adverse effects of smoking on the body and charge them a consultation fee before letting them go.

what about food and water? If i was to build a well in the middle of no where just so people would not die, and leave a sign saying : this well is brought to you by the cult of chaos undivided, i think people would who used the well would be appreciative of my efforts.
If i offered starving bandits that horrible 300 cat bread, and the rum that strips paint, i would hope that they would start liking me.
it would be really nice to ally with some factions, and have a massive raid on a heavily defended town. I have beef with the holy empire, an i repay my grudges.
I think that the diplomacy aspects will be in the far future. From what i understand, a lot of the factions have been left out because when they get activated, they tend to slow the game down, but there is a way to manually activate them.

Manually active them? Do tell? Are you saying the mob templates are already in Kenshi just turned off? Or are you saying you can just go in with the mod tool and make your own mobs and assign them to those factions?

I think there should be a limit to how far and how long the chasing should be done. Not really logical to have someone chasing you all over the map right into the very gates of an enemy city. Even samurai are not really that suicidal, aren't they?
