What about those massive buildings?

The big circular ones. In a gameplay preview a long time ago, it seems somebody was building inside them and everything. I assumed he built it himself, but I can't seem to make anything past a saloon- am I missing something?

It's just pretty far up the research tree. There are currently two types of player-buildable circular buildings: The Outpost S-III and the Outpost S-IV. After the Saloon, you'll need to research the Large House, Advanced Outposts, the Outpost Type III, and the Outpost Type IV (http://kenshi.wikia.com/wiki/Advanced_Outposts).

Thanks! For some reason I never even noticed it before, I thought I was way at the end of my research already! Glad to know there was actually plenty more in store for me.
