Cheating the game somewhat?

I once wrote how to manually kill a member of your squad. You should be able to use the same method to change the skill set of whoever you want (I can't test it out right now, as I'm not on my pc or laptop).

Search for "Lars" using the search engine of the forum and open my post to find the walkthrough (there should be only one post of me, except for this one obviously).

You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Any idea how to edit faction relations in a similar fashion?
