you can fix thier difficulty yourself. Go into the game files and look for the forgotten construction kit. its the game editor. people keep missing this tool.

Go all pokemon style, catch one, take it home and train it and when you have a super sand ninja you can release him back into the wild and watch it kill shit.

Same, but the 'release' was more an 'armed escape'. He took out 3 of my guys, 1 bled to death and the others were too far away to return in time to stop him. Best emergent gameplay event I've seen this year.

Could you tell me how do I imprison and train enemies?

You know I just realized I've never had a guy die. Several times I've had my only guy get knocked out with his wounds incapable of healing so I had to reload, but I have never actually had a guy die.

I used cages which as far as I know were removed, and have not been put back in yet.

The reason they died was because I'd given him a mid range katana for some reason. The 3 guys fell down and no one was around to save them. 2 eventually stopped bleeding on their own but the 3rd was bleeding like crazy and had no chance. Has been my only in game death.

Yeah I always gave my prisoners the worst weapons I could find and strip them of all armor so that they couldn't ever get away, however I also had a glitch that was working in my favor almost all of them had like -3 dexterity or something so they didn't do much damage with katanas.

I gave everyone really good armour. Having to medkit them up and wait for them to heal was a pain; I wanted his body for training not resting. As for the weapon...I have no excuse. Maybe my other guys were selling the cheap ones? It has been so long that I forget the specifics.

I got around the waiting for them to heal by having several prisoners at the same time while one was healing I was fighting the next, by the time I had been through them all the first one was done healing.
Only reason I ever stopped was I ran out of first aid kits and went to buy more, only to return and find all my prisoners gone
