I found one of these guys who tried to attack a cannibal camp alone xD he then go caught himself which well is just a setup for a bad rescue mission joke. I think Chris did mention they would heal random people but from what I thought they were supposed to be wandering not standing out in the open casually.

So far I'm working on Buster Sword, Auron's Masamune, Bows, Mace, Dark Knight Halbred, Zangetsu, Guts' Dragon Slayer, Zweihander, Baselard, Daedric Two handed axe, and more to follow.

I've been finding them just standing at random points in the desert or in the mountains. I think there's one in the dunes just north of Brink...

They don't seem to do anything, other than act as magnets for enemies...especially cannibals.

Using the Adventurer Guild to heal unconcious unit is a great idea, even a nice suprise when your squad is limping across the land with critical injuries and you are out of healing equipments and they came out of nowhere to help heal you.

However I still believe instead of waiting for an adventurer guild to heal you, better to allow your own character to wake up on its own. This would greatly help people who wants to play solo and avoid that annoying permanent unconcious status.

I'm not asking for every unit the ability to wake up, just the player character itself, to be able to heal without the need of healing...allow it to very, very, very slowly to heal until it wakes up and then stop the heal effect. That way the game would still be playable and less frustrating.

I had bad experience of several times at hours of playing a solo character only to see it lying unconcious on the ground with no hope at all  ...I really like travelling and fighting solo, would be even great when we have lots of quest added, a travelling lone ronin and slowly training to become a master fighter...

That would break one of the main features! One of the biggest reasons of existence of this game is because there are almost no games where the player is equal to everyone else in the game. If the player is the only one to heal by itself, it will make it into a "superpower" and player would, once again, be lifted above everyone else.

It's all or nothing!

You choose to play in a way that this could very well happen, the game is meant to be difficult so if you don't plan accordingly and something bad happens its just on your play style. I'm not sure the game should change because of the way you play. I'm hoping the bleeding system changes enough to where this is a non issue and you're at that point dieing/dead so no one is randomly lying unconscious after having taken a sword to the head or to the stomach, which means to me without medical care you should be dead.

Not asking for the game to change...just give me the game options so that we could customize the gaming experience either to make it harder for hardcore or easier for casual players...lots of games got it and it usually varies depending on the game designers...for example some shooting games there's function that lock up the aim reticule on the target...it's not cheating but making it easier for aging people who no longer have the agility we used to have at handling the mouse control...

As for me it's the issue of time...allowing for auto-healing until my char waking up will reduce the waiting time for me...and less frustration of restarting a new character or reloading...sort of like a fail safe system so that I don't need to totally delete the character and start afresh. Even reloading is annoying because in one experience I've obtained a nice weapons, lots of stuff looted from unconcious merchant and good expensive armour...then I got knocked out and lost everything I've gained so far...

I don't mind losing an arm or an eye or all my limbs needed replacement, it's a good education of the consequences of my actions for attempting dangerous things...but I don't have the luxury of free time to play everyday and restarting all over again...yes, I don't like permanent death so why can't I have the freedom to choose playing like that? I like to play for months or years on just one character to see it grows in a journey of life...fallout 3 was such an example although it doesn't have an open sandbox world so after a while once you've done with missions it becomes pointless wandering...
