Cannibals, huh...?

Gotta say, this feature kind of goes beyond what I like to think about... Could this possibly be an optional faction, via a selectable option? Or can I at least make it my mission to wipe the entire faction out? Would this be an achievable thing with enough resources?

I guess vampires are cannibals too...just they can't stomach the taste of human meat and too wimpy to bear the heat of direct sunlight...unlike cannibals...to be able to journey the land as a cannibal in masquerade and taking a bite or two of the unsuspecting populace...
