There gets to a point when stun damage just isn't enough, I mean if you have almost -300 stun damage something should be making you crawl. I know it's bruising(stated both in-game and on forum) but if a heavy weapon smashes into you multiple times and causes this much bruising, I think it is safe to say that your leg is broken or the bone is just powder.

Anybody else have a thought on this as well?

Dude, planks are too awesome. Keep wielding them and you will be at 100 strength soon. furthermore, I have killed there starving bandits(before they had armor), at once, with one hit. they are more siege weapon then skirmish weapon.

Have you tried fragment axes yet? those things are really nasty. they level up strength too

What about the heavy clubs? Those things weigh literally 97 kg and do 4+ blunt damage at edge type 5. That shit does 300 damage with one hit. It get a little rediculusssssss when your guy hits a leg 3 or 4 times in a row lol

I had all my guys with fragment axes for a while, building up their strength. One time they kept on hitting a bandit in the same damn spot. Got that leg down to a -700.

As much as I could consider, the plank can be on par with the fragment axe when dexterity is up to par with strength. 1-hit killing someone with blunt damage is fun and all, but killing someone outright with wound damage from cutting is something usually heard of from a skilled turret gunner.
