Stone Mining?

How do I get stones and refine them into building materials? Are building materials store bought only in the new patch?

far as I know it hasn't Changed at all. build a stone mine and stone processor to turn stone into building materials

aha, just started a new game and the mining construction option is back.

seems to be an issue with the 'Freedom Seekers' starting option

Should write it in a bug a report if it Is affecting that starting option. There is a known with the basic technology not appearing for imported games. New games however work.
