Lo-Fi Games

So, im running around pulling bandits on to Paladin squads when the coolest "glich" happened.
Naturally the group of Dust Bandits I brought to the Pallys got stomped badly, half of them went flying in the air upon getting knocked out.

The cool part is half of the bandits as they bled out, were rolling around and twitching as if they were writhing in pain. This being a ragdoll glich i assume?

It would be badass if this happened more often. Chris should add this in later where people actually move around on the ground in pain, hell hack my leg with a sword, i'm not going to lay motionless.

ahah yea that happened to me too a few times, though not on that scale, it was just a bandit here and there that would jump 20 feets off the ground after a huge killing blow. I believe this is caused by PhysX calculating the amount of force applied on a body given the amount of damage it receives, only when a char has only like 1/100 left and received a 80 dmg strike then the calculations goes all crazy and results in crazy ragdolls. Just a guess though. If you like that you must have enjoyed oblivion/skyrim.

I do like the idea of hurt characters agonizing in pain on the ground instead of just laying there like dead bodies, if they are still conscious that is. Crossed with another (most needed) suggested feature that would allow us to put to death/finish off laying enemies would make for a tremendously dramatic and realistic way to "feel" the cruelty of sword fights. That and yea I'm a bit tired of my enemies getting up like nothing happened the minute i get 100 meters away from them.

AS you deliver the fatal blow a few last twitches as they die. Would be epic especially if its revenge time!

I personally would love to be able to heal enemies... so that I could tie them up, bring them back to my fort, and use them to train my troops. I guess that will have to wait for quite a few other features.
