Buying a fog mask

Hello,

Does anyone know which stores if any sell fog masks? I've been to Hub and Mongrel and it seems like Shinobi citizens are the only ones with them. I've already sneakily mugged a poor citizen for one. But I'd prefer to get some of a different design legally, if possible. One that isn't a stolen faction uniform.

the ones you get off citizens arent faction uniforms, and there's no shinobi hat traders ingame right now so that seems to be your only option.

Hm, you'd sell this mask to the barman at Hub, close trade menu, then talk with him again - and buy it without mark "Stolen". That's real fraud, but you'll BUY this)
