How do I create a new Armor?

Hey all, I am completely new to the modding of Kenshi however I have played well over 100 hours of the game and love it to pieces. What I really want to do though is create my own armor so that my squad can look like the Dai Li agents from The Avatar series. Please can someone tell me how to create my own armor with colours and everything? I have looked through forums loads, but they are all other peoples armor mods and not how to do it :/ Thanks a lot!

Read through a lot of the other posts in this forum as a lot of it is explained

I have looked, they are all just other peoples mods and how to change armor stats, but not how to change the visuals :/ Unless you know of any particular feeds?

I would look at the weapon posts as well i dont think a actual armor mod has been made but quite a few weapon mods have been made so i would base your armor modding on weapon modding
