About the AI Goal

I have been playing with the construction set, and there are something which confuse me in the AI Goal's layout and the setting

According to the above image, there are var1, var2 and var3. From my understanding, var1 & var2 indicate the time for executing the "task". But why var2 are entered as 100? What does var2 100 do ?

Also, it is said that var 3 is weight. But what is the role of weight in here ?
