A newbie needs help

Hey all, an idea about making mod which would give my character who has only one arm an ability to carry people came in my head yesterday, after it I went straight to modding guides and spend whole evening reading them while searching in FCS a needed string/parameter. But I did find nothing. Please, if you know how to do what I want, give me a hint

I'm fairly certain that characters will always carry people with their left arm, or at the very least, I've never seen a character missing a left arm give you the opportunity to carry someone. My best guess, as there's an Animation file for carrying with Right Arm only, that you may need to add the animations for it to even be possible.
