Obey the AI package?

What does goal "obey the AI package" in AI packages do? Can't find any info about it. It's not listed even on the modding wiki. I mean it's part of an AI package so that squad is already obeying AI package.

Can be found in various AI packages, for example "hang up in a bar" package.

Generally it is used just for hanging out in bars. But its exact effect depends on the AI package's signal function. Hence the name. If you change the signal func, it could change the effect of that goal. Though I don't think anyone has documented all the effects anywhere.
