How do i change racial exp stats/ add different racial xp stats?

In the race section of the FCS, bottom left area of the race's entry. There are "stats good" and "stats bad" values, adding a skill to one of those will multiply it exp gain by either 1.2 or 0.8, depending on which group you added it to.

i did that already but how do i edit that multiplier?

You can't. The game doesn't support larger or smaller multipliers for those stats. Dexterity and strength are the only ones that can be fully customized like that, using their respective values on that same entry.

ah, do you think it will be possible in the future?

Unlikely, not for Kenshi 1 anyway. The devs are only doing bug fixing these days on the game, so adding new features like that is unlikely.
