Hi. Im new to forums and Kenshi and I have not tried modding, yet. Just had an idea about mounts. Would it be easy to give pet bull or river raptor ability to pick up characters ? And maybe mod animation of sitting on them kind of like when you pick up unconscious people.

Option is not in game yet.
Thou it is a planned feature but not scheduled to be added untill after full release.

Its not possible to be modded in as the coding for it is not available to us.
There is also no option's for it in the FCS.

Will have to wait for the Dev's to add it.
