In the current experimental build the Steam Workshop button seems to be missing from the FCS, having been replaced by the Mod Info button which doesn't have any connectivity with the workshop.
Anybody else seeing this, or is it just me?

For now just switch to normal and publish, then go back to experimental. worked for me
