Greetings to all, i was making a game start inspired on the Akira Kurosawa movie "Seven Samurai" (its a beatiful movie and kenshi a little remember it to me), so i was making the characters to start but them i was wondering if i can really make a movie-like start where you start as Kambei Shimada and have to search for companions, so i have to place the other characters on some places to be recruitable and even if possible create a little village with peasant allies and a bandit raid to defend.

So i wanted to ask how:
- make recruitable characters on specific places with specific dialogues
- how create the bandit raid and if possible determine the time when its happens (like after recruited all characters and returned to village or set a date to it), or in alternative a bandit camp

Putting a character into a specific town is straight-forward.

Make a character -> put him into a squad -> load the squad in the town you want

To make that character recruitable you need to edit her dialog. Check out the recruits already present in the game, ex. Ruka, for the inspiration.
Note: the default setting "Who:T_ME Condition: DC_IS_RECRUITABLE == Value:1 Tag:-1" has not worked for me. I had to remove the condition altogether.
Note 2: 'dialogue' will let you recruit the character, 'dialogue package' is for how they react to the world as NPC, and 'dialogue package player' is for how they react to events while being under player's control. In case you want them to be all samurai like and that heavy weapons guy who wasn't

As far as raids go I have yet to dabble into that territory. My advice is to check under 'Faction': ex. Berserkers, Black Dragon Ninjas, Band of Bones, and other known raiders; they have raids under 'Campaigns' with different conditions, like speific 'world state' or 'target population min'
