Problem loading non textured shirt armor on skeleton

So I am making a mod that puts in a shirt slot for skeletons, it has no mesh and should be invisible (and it is until you load your game) screenshots will show below. All back when I initially load, then once i unequip and reequip the armor it does not show like it's supposed to.
