Lo-Fi Games

Is there any mod or something who can give you full cheat menu? Like for example teleport to any place,give any item,edit stats,instant build,spawn any npc in game or something like that. Before i start play again, i want to learn few things,test something on my other ''bad saves'' before i make a stupid mistake who can affect my future game like i did last time, also would be good for base planning,designing or just something to mess around. This game REALLY needs that
