Mod weapon appears to have no texture and is all Black

I cant seem to fix this no matter what I do, if anyone knows how to fix this it would be appreciated
the mod I having a problem with is the unique phoenix armor

You need to use more levels of detail in the dds texture file. If you do it without generating lods, it can't render high resolution stuff from far away so it turns black.
