Blender - cycles (glow in the dark)

Hi. Please help to understand "Blender(cycles)". I want to create safety glasses that glow in the dark. But the problem is that I have little experience for this. 
How to create a "Node" for this?
If not hard please show on a video mini tutorial. If possible video without words please.
You can show screenshots instead of videos. I would appreciate that.
